You may request a full refund of your one-time membership fee within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason. No questions asked.
Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your purchase. Please include the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order. We'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
Because membership is a one-time purchase that provides immediate access to our full library of educational content, purchases are generally non-refundable after the 7-day window. Membership is a single one-time payment. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so there is nothing to cancel to avoid future charges — you are billed only once.
