Terms of Service

Effective August 9, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of loanapproval101.com (the “Site”) and any membership you purchase, operated by Dax Education LLC (“we,” “us,” or “LoanApproval101”). By using the Site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Educational purpose only — not a lender, not advice

LoanApproval101 is an educational website only. We are not a mortgage lender, broker, or loan originator. We do not offer, arrange, negotiate, or make loans; we do not take applications; and we cannot approve or deny anyone for credit. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and nothing on this site is a commitment to lend or a guarantee of loan approval. Loan approval decisions are made solely by lenders based on their own criteria. Program guidelines, rates, fees, and loan limits change frequently and vary by lender — individual lenders and credit unions may offer terms outside the guidelines described here. Information is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or completeness. Always consult a licensed mortgage professional (you can verify licenses at nmlsconsumeraccess.org) before making financial decisions.

You acknowledge and agree that all content on the Site is provided for general educational purposes only, that we are not a mortgage lender, broker, or originator, and that nothing on the Site is a commitment to lend, a guarantee of loan approval, or personalized financial, legal, or tax advice. Any action you take based on the Site's content is at your own discretion and risk.

2. Membership & access

Certain content is available only to members. Membership is offered as a one-time purchase of $47 one-time (lifetime access). There is no recurring subscription and no automatic renewal — you are charged once, and you are not billed again. Upon successful payment, you receive access to member content through the account associated with your purchase.

You agree to provide accurate information at checkout and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Membership access is for your personal, individual use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize the applicable charge and agree to the payment provider's terms. Prices are stated in U.S. dollars.

4. Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund on membership purchases. See our Refund Policy for full details and how to request one.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its original content, features, and design are owned by Dax Education LLC and are protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own educational use. Third-party links, forms, and materials referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party links

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services provided for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, products, terms, or privacy practices, and inclusion of a link is not an endorsement. We receive no compensation from the third-party sites listed. Your use of any third-party site is subject to that site's own terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information is current or correct, as loan guidelines, rates, fees, and limits change frequently.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dax Education LLC and its owners and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content — including any decision made or action taken in reliance on the Site. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Site or your membership will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dax Education LLC and its owners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or your membership if you violate these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
